Costas Nicolaides
Owner and Managing Director of Alchemy Bartending School; HRDA/IBA approved International Bartending Trainer; SCAE certified Barista; Professional Sommelier.
Costas Nicolaides, a.k.a. The Sensai, has been collecting national prizes in Mixology for over a decade now. Holding several #1 bartending prizes across vodka, rum and liquor-based cocktails, he is a firm legend of the Cyprus Bartender community. He left his mark in competitions in France, Finland and Germany, claiming on top ten spots in Mixology Internationally. When he does not create custom-blends for oligarchs on their yachts, he teaches at the Alchemy Bartending School that he founded in 2010 or trains bar staff in 5* hotels all over the island.
